Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had an amazing time at this hotel in Mexico City. The location was perfect, close to everything in the city, and the rooms were cozy and luxurious. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Victor the waiter who made our stay even more memorable. However, the dining options were a bit limited, but the included typical Sicilian products were delightful.
This hotel is located in a lovely area of Mexico City, very close to Downtown and the main attractions. The rooms are cozy and inviting, while the service provided by Victor the waiter truly made our stay unforgettable. However, there is a downside due to an adjacent cafe that locks its front doors at night. Overall, a great experience with some minor inconveniences.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and the staff, especially Victor, made our stay truly memorable. While there was a minor issue with someone trying to charge us for services we didn't use, this did not overshadow the overall excellent service provided. The location was convenient, near the main attractions of the central Roma neighborhood of Mexico City. The only drawback was the nearby cafe that closed its doors at night, which felt a bit unsafe. The included dining options, like the cookies, were a nice touch. The facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
